The problem
Retail and wholesale ran on separate records. Credit sales, promised payment dates and stock value were hard to follow, and staff needed different levels of access.
What we shipped
We built a system with separate shop and distributor areas, sales with VAT and discounts, purchase orders, credit sales with instalments, stock valuation and ledgers for customers, suppliers and staff, with 17 page-level permissions enforced on the server.
