Privacy notice

Last updated 2 October 2026

This notice explains what personal information ANB Codes collects through anbcodes.com, why, and the choices you have. ANB Codes, 1 New Plaistow Road, London E15 3JB, United Kingdom, is the controller. Contact us at hello@anbcodes.com.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. Your name, email, company, country, the service and budget you choose, and your message, when you send the contact form or email us.
  • Technical details sent with a form, such as the page you sent it from and your browser type, so we can spot spam and fix problems.
  • Visit statistics. Pages viewed, the site that referred you, country, device and browser type, counted without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, or taking steps to enter into a contract at your request. We use visit statistics to understand which pages are useful. We never sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

  • Vercel Inc. hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly visit statistics.
  • Supabase Inc. stores enquiries in a database in London, United Kingdom.
  • Resend Inc. delivers a copy of each enquiry to our team inbox.
  • Forward Email delivers messages sent to hello@anbcodes.com to our team inbox, which is run by Google.

Some of these providers, and our own team, may access data from outside the UK. Where that happens we use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 24 months, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for contracts and accounts, usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it. Email hello@anbcodes.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
