The problem
Each kind of care lived in a different place: phone calls for ambulances, queues for doctors, paper prescriptions for medicine and lab reports collected by hand. Patients had no single record of their care.
What we shipped
We built one patient app for iPhone and Android. It is linked to the doctor, hospital, pharmacy, rider and admin apps, so every booking and order updates on both sides as it happens, and reports and prescriptions land in the patient's health records.
