The problem
Jobs were handed out by phone, so the nearest rider or driver was rarely the one sent, and patients could not see where their medicine or ambulance was.
What we shipped
We built a rider and driver app where jobs are offered to the nearest available person first, widening the search if no one accepts in time. Live location flows to the patient app, and fares and payouts are fixed before the job is accepted.
