The problem
The owners needed to see cash, card and bank balances for both shops each day and catch till differences early, without a heavy accounting system.
What we shipped
We built a focused finance portal with a daily till count that shows variance, live dashboard cards, supplier purchases, tasks and reports, filterable by shop. Security and backups were built in from the start.
