The challenge
Hundreds of client IDs and licences had different expiry dates and payment states, tracked in spreadsheets across several companies, with staff working in different languages.
What we built
We built a management portal where every ID carries its expiry date and payment status, and recording income marks the matching ID as paid automatically. Licences, legal cases, HR documents, tasks and a monthly cash book sit alongside.
