The challenge
Each site had its own contract value, deadlines, bills with tax and retention deductions, security deposits and materials. Keeping this in spreadsheets made dues and deposits easy to miss.
What we built
We built a system that groups sites by client body, calculates net bills after tax and retention, tracks dues and part payments, security deposits and release dates, and records materials in and out per site, with receipts stored in the cloud.
