The challenge
Nine offices kept student records in separate spreadsheets. Head office couldn't see progress across branches, documents were scattered across inboxes, and payments in different currencies were hard to reconcile.
What we built
We built one CRM with data separated by office and a seven-stage pipeline from intake to visa result. Each student has a profile with documents, university applications, tasks and payments, and head office sees everything.
