The problem
Fees with partial and advance payments, donations, and three exam terms a year were tracked by hand, and reports had to be produced in two languages.
What we shipped
We built a management system with a fee ledger per student, class-wide exam entry, donation, income and expense books, and PDF and Excel reports in both languages, with AI-assisted translation for staff.
